The purpose of the training is to learn how to independently operate the Quick Analytics (TP) database and use it for preparation of benchmarking analyzes of goods and services transactions. It is organized in the form of workshops, during which participants, together with the trainer, prepare an analysis for a sample transaction. The trainer presents the process of preparing a benchmarking analysis in the Quick Analytics (TP) database step by step, and then participants prepare a benchmark by themselves, with the trainer’s support.
The workshops are designed for people who already know basic methods of preparing benchmarking analyzes.
Scope (training issues discussed during work with the QTPA database)
✔ elements of benchmarking analysis in the context of preparing an analysis in the QTPA database,
✔ proper application of data comparability criteria,
✔ profitability ratios – selection of the ratio vs. the applied verification method,
✔ approach to the analysis when data meeting the comparability criteria is not available (e.g. related entities, low sample size, incomparable business profile)

Agnieszka is an expert in transfer pricing with years-long experience that she shares as a person in charge of training at InfoCredit and involved in the implementation of consulting projects.
From the beginning of her several-year professional career, she has been associated with the area of transfer pricing. She worked as a manager in Polish and international consulting companies, including the "Big Four", where she conducted projects in the field of transfer pricing, including for the largest Polish and international groups of companies. She also has experience as a financial auditor conducting audits of financial statements.
She was an expert and then head of department in the Transfer Pricing and Valuation Department at the Ministry of Finance, where she dealt with legislative projects (including the change in transfer pricing regulations, effective from 2019) and was a Polish delegate to the OECD working group forum. At the Ministry of Finance, she was also responsible for the Transfer Pricing Forum, a unique platform for cooperation and exchange of views between the tax administration and taxpayers in the field of transfer pricing.
Agnieszka is a member of the Transfer Pricing Center Association and the Transfer Pricing Forum working groups at the Ministry of Finance. She is a graduate of master's studies at the Poznań University of Economics and also studied at the University of Lethbridge in Canada.

Grzegorz Garbarczyk
Grzegorz Garbarczyk - Of Counsel at InfoCredit, tax advisor (license No. 12134)
Grzegorz is a transfer pricing expert. He has exceptional experience in this area, as he has dealt with this subject since 2002 – in consulting companies, as an expert in a large Polish group of companies, and a public administration representative.
Grzegorz has been providing comprehensive advice in the field of transfer pricing for over a dozen years. He was in change of the preparation and verification of mandatory transfer pricing documents, development and audit of transfer pricing policy, completion and verification of transfer pricing information (TPR), benchmarking analyzes, consulting in the scope of assessment of the correctness of settlements within groups of companies – both at the local and international level.
As the head of the department in the Transfer Pricing and Valuation Department at the Ministry of Finance, Grzegorz was one of the co-authors of changes in the transfer pricing regulations, effective from 1 January 2019. He was responsible for coordinating work on the development of the transfer pricing information (TPR) regulations, supervising the implementation of the TPR-P and TPR-C forms, as well as issues related to the Country-by-Country (CbC) reporting regulations.
Grzegorz was a Polish delegate to the OECD working groups in the area of transfer pricing, exchange of tax information with other countries and as part of the BEPS 2.0 project. He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and the Postgraduate Studies in Foreign Service. He is also an author of numerous articles on transfer pricing.
Katarzyna Róg
Katarzyna Róg - Transfer Pricing Manager
Katarzyna gained her experience during many years of work in companies of one of the largest energy groups in Poland, where she dealt with tax issues, in particular in the area of transfer pricing. She participated in key projects in the area of transfer pricing.
At InfoCredit, she is responsible for benchmarking analyzes for goods and services transactions, prepared with the use of the InfoCredit database and Quick Transfer Pricing Analytics® proprietary tool, and the international TP Catalyst database.
Katarzyna is a member of the Transfer Pricing Center Association and the Transfer Pricing Forum working group at the Ministry of Finance. She is a graduate of the University of Economics in Krakow, the Warsaw School of Economics, and the Ernst &Young Academy of Business.
Grzegorz Adasik
Grzegorz Adasik - Key Account Manager
Grzegorz has several years of experience in the development reporting and analytical materials. He specializes in benchmarking analyzes for financial transactions (including loans, bond issues and cash pooling management agreements).
At InfoCredit, he is responsible for preparing complete benchmarking analyzes for financial transactions using such tools as the Bloomberg database.
Grzegorz is a graduate of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), and Ernst &Young Academy of Business.
