We would like to inform you that at InfoCredit we may process your personal data at various stages of our cooperation. Below, we point out to you the general information concerning the principles of personal data processing, as well as the RODO information clauses specifying the principles of personal data processing within specific operational processes.

General information on the principles of processing

1. Who is the controller of personal data?

The controller of personal data is the entity that independently or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of processing personal data. The controller may be independently any of the entities in the InfoCredit group. In each of our RODO information clauses setting out the rules for the processing of personal data within a specific process, we indicate which entity is the controller.

The recipients of your personal data can only be entities authorised by law or entities with whom we have entrusted the processing of personal data on the basis of an entrustment agreement. All these entities are described in the individual RODO information clauses dedicated to specific operational processes.

6. What rights do you have in relation to our processing of your personal data?

Individuals whose personal data is processed by the Controller have the following rights:

1) The right to request access to their data,

3) The right to request the erasure of previously provided data,

4) The right to restrict the processing of the previously provided data,

5) The right to request the portability of the data previously provided,

6) The right to object to the processing of your data.

You are also entitled to lodge a complaint in relation to the processing of your personal data with the President of the Data Protection Authority.
